Q: What’s the difference between the L & XL models, and the XS & S models?

A: The L & XL are designed for large-scale catering and institutional kitchens, with significantly higher capacities (up to 500 meals/day). The XS & S are optimised for restaurants where smaller volumes are needed.

Q: What’s the difference between the L and XL model?

A: They both have the same technology, but the XL has a slightly larger capacity at 100-500 meals than the L (100-300 meals).
