Q: How is QualityFry different from a normal deep fryer?

A: Traditional fryers are open vats of oil that require constant monitoring. QualityFry works in a closed chamber that automatically fries, drains, and dispenses the food. This means less mess, less smoke, cleaner oil, and much less handling by staff.

Q: Does QualityFry really work without an exhaust hood?

A: Yes, it does! QualityFry is built with an enclosed EcoFry system that controls smoke, odour, and oil particles during frying. This is what allows it to operate safely in cafés, bars, and retail counters etc. where a traditional fryer simply isn’t allowed.

Q: Will flavours mix when frying different food items?

A: No, they won’t. Their unique EcoFry technology removes moisture from the food very quickly during frying, sealing the surface early so that water and food particles don’t contaminate the oil. This reduces the risk of flavour transfer, even when different items are fried one after another.
